We are seeking an individual to develop a team that focuses on community based place making strategy and public realm development in the Asia Pacific Region and Greater China.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with our team to develop placemaking strategies for delivering high quality public realms for cultural retail destinations.
- To become a core member in the design process during Concept to Schematic stages, incorporating sustainable and community-centric principles.
- Create materials to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Engage with various consultants and stakeholders through participatory design processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging placemaking strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Holder of a Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- With a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in placemaking and public realm landscape design.
- Have strong design and conceptualisation skills.
- Have a passion for community engagement.
- Have knowledge of sustainable design principles.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, AI, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Revit).
