The Oval Partnership is proud to announce that our design for the Cultural City by Junfa Group in Kunming has been awarded Highly Commended for the Best Retail Development at The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (China) 2018.
The Junfa Cultural City is a 40,000 sqm, low-rise, open-lane driven commercial town centre complex offering a sustainable lifestyle and creative place-making. Mixing old and new, three traditional courtyards and heritage buildings within the site are to be preserved and revitalised, one of which is the former “Society of Chinese Architecture”. This unique cultural and commercial development is envisaged to become a new lifestyle landmark in the city.
The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards is the region's largest and most respected real estate awards and recognises the best developers, projects and design. The award was presented at a grand finale gala event in Bangkok on November 9, 2018.
