13th Venice Biennale Hong Kong Response Exhibition “I AM HOME” takes the form of a roving exhibition, a radically transformed service truck visiting three locations within Kowloon East. The design of the exhibition reflects the high density of our city. The exhibition hopes to generate a discussion about the future of Kowloon East and invites the public in Hong Kong to engage with this exciting and rapidly changing district of Hong Kong. We use the exhibition to question how diversity and compatibility can be achieved in the ever changing Hong Kong metropolis. An Opening forum was held at the exhibition which attracted several internationally prominent figures from the architectural and cultural industries.
