This comprehensive development is poised to be Swire Properties' most extensive "Taikoo Li" project in Mainland China, with an anticipated total gross floor area of 269,218 square metres, comprising a shopping centre, cultural amenities, and a luxurious House Collective hotel.
As Swire Properties' fourth venture in the Taikoo Li style, Taikoo Li Xi'an will showcase an innovative low-rise, open architectural concept. The design draws inspiration from the minimalistic elegance of traditional Tang Dynasty architecture. The development will be a focal point within the Xiaoyan Pagoda Historical and Cultural District, with the Xiaoyan Pagoda, a World Cultural Heritage site, and the royal temple of Tang Chang'an, Jianfu Temple, at its core.
